Recreational Gym classes are available to school aged children starting from 5 years.
Classes focus on developing the fundamentals across a range of gymnastics skills, balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment.
Gymnasts will have the opportunity to train on various equipment such as vault, bars, beam, floor, double mini tramp, rope and rings and air track.
Classes are 1 hour. There are a range of sessions available over the week to suit each gymnast’s availability.
