This is the introductory/beginner level class for 6-16 year olds. In this class you will learn basic movements on the lyra, trapeze and silk.
Whether you are just starting your lyra journey or still need to work on your basic techniques, this class will set you up in order for you to safely move into other levels.
Lyra and Trapeze
Most skills will be taught under the bar as well as inside the hoop.
Silk
You will learn how to do basic skills in a knotted silk and will be working on climbing the silk with safe practices.
