How to Register and Enrol in Classes

What is registration?

Registration is the process of you registering yourself/your child with us for a yearly registration fee. This fee goes towards insurance, administration fees, and for most classes, a uniform item (excluding KinderGym). This fee is compulsory to pay upfront when registering on our website. This is essential as it allows you to be covered by insurance when you attend multiple sessions. 

It is important to note that you only need to pay ONE registration fee annually, regardless of how many classes/programs you wish to attend. For example - If you wish to do both aerial (registration fee $140) and WAG Foundations (registration fee $170), you will select WAG Foundations only paying $170 only for your annual registration fee! 

What is my membership type? 

Your membership type is the websites wording of your registration fee type. Please use the example above to determine which type is relevant to you. 

How to register 

Step 1 - Visit our website and the registration tab. https://www.sparkgymnasticsclub.com.au/registration

Step 2 - Click 'New Member'.

Step 3 - Follow the process to register including selecting your membership type and paying the registration fee upfront.

Step 4 - When your registration is accepted (which may take a few days), you will get a confirmation email.

Step 5 - Upon this confirmation, you will need to go back into the website and log in with your username and password. 

Step 6 - Visit the classes tab https://www.sparkgymnasticsclub.com.au/classes/list (the list view is better).

Step 7 - Click on the 'Details and Register' button of the class that you wish to enrol in and enrol.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want to trial for no upfront cost?

If you wish to do a trial with no upfront cost, you will still need to register as a member. This is so we have emergency contact details and to ensure that you agree to our terms of service. 

To avoid the upfront cost, you will select the trial option in the 'Membership Type' section of your registration. This allows you to register without paying the registration fee upfront. Once you have attended your trial class and wish to continue, you will be invoiced for the registration fee and term fee. This registration fee is due before you attend your next class. Term fees are due by week 3 of each term, if you register late to a term, kindly pay the term fees within 3 weeks of your start date, alternatively, you can organise a payment plan by emailing info@sparkgymnasticsclub.com.au 

Once I register online, am I guaranteed a spot in a class? 

Unfortunately not. You can only be guaranteed a spot in a class when you manually enrol in it from our website. This can be done as soon as you have paid your registration fee and have had your registration accepted. 

What happens if a class is full and I can't enrol in it?

If this happens, feel free to email us and let us know. We will be able to put you on a waiting list and let you know if any spot becomes available in the term. 

What if the class you wish to attend doesn't appear on the class tab?

If there is a class that you would like to do but we aren't currently running it, feel free to reach out to us! There may be a number of reasons why it is not on the website (yet) and one of those reasons may be that we don't have the current numbers needed to run the class consistently (adult gymnastics). We can put your name on an expression of interest list and will reach out if and when we can run this class.
