Performance gymnastics incorporates skills across many different programs where the team moves together to performance a routine. The performance team does displays across events during the year and has the opportunity to go to a world gymnastics event called World Gymnaestrada that is held every 4 years. 

This is an invitation only program and we are currently working towards performing at World Gymnastrada Portugal in 2027.
