To be eligible for this program you will need to be assessed by our head coaches to ensure that this is the right class for you. 

In this program, training is focused on the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) apparatus including Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor where gymnasts have opportunity to compete at Regional and State competitions.

Gymnasts who show excelling performance and dedication beyond the recreational programs and are interested in working towards competitive gymnastics will be invited to this program. This class requires passion to pursue gymnastics in a fun and focused way both in terms of individual and team goals. 

This class will work on foundational Gymnastics skills and those within the Level 1 and 2 Women's Artistic Gymnastics Australian Levels Program.
